Return and Cancellation Policy
Container Houses Canada Inc respects the 10 day contract consumer cancellation option
The buyer has 10 days after signature and payment to cancel the contract. Buyer will be 100% refunded.
After 10 business days, it will be impossible to cancel the order. The 50% deposit will not be refunded since the building of the container house is already in progress.
In the eventuality the buyer is unable to complete the rest of the payment of 50% at the unloading of the container house, the container house will not be unloaded at buyer’s location and buyer will have to pay the 50% payment balance + all charges related to the second delivery attempted. After 30 days the contract is void and buyer can not recover the deposit of 50% of total purchase and delivery cost
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Only regular priced items may be refunded within the 10 day waiting period. Sale items cannot be refunded.
During the 10 business days waiting period, it will be possible to change container house model before the end of the 10 day waitnig period. Products on sale can not be changed within the 10 day waiting period
Once the container house is on the boat transport, it will be impossible to return the container house to the manufacturer
