A clear two-stage payment schedule

Container Houses Canada uses a straightforward payment schedule for standard orders: a 50% deposit to confirm and begin the order, followed by the remaining 50% when the container house has arrived at the designated Canadian local port and before customs release and final delivery arrangements are completed.

Your official quotation and invoice are the controlling documents for your project. If a custom order requires different milestones, those terms will be shown clearly before you make a payment.

1. Deposit — 50%

The initial deposit is 50% of the total quoted order amount. It confirms the order and allows the project to move into the production and coordination stage. Your quotation identifies the model, approved options, included taxes and customs charges, and the delivery services included in your order.

2. Final payment — 50%

The remaining 50% is due when the unit has reached the buyer’s designated local Canadian port, before customs release and the final delivery stage. We provide order and transportation updates so you can prepare for this milestone in advance.

Payment documentation and security

  • Payment instructions are provided on an official Container Houses Canada invoice.
  • Verify banking information with our team before sending a transfer, especially if you receive any unexpected request to change payment details.
  • Keep your quotation, invoice, payment receipt and approved change orders together with your project records.
  • Your customer account is updated as payments and project milestones are confirmed.

Container Houses Canada maintains its company banking relationship with Royal Bank of Canada in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Official banking instructions are supplied directly as part of the order documentation.

Inspection and transportation updates

Units are inspected before leaving the factory, and the cargo is monitored during loading and arrival at the designated Canadian port. Our team follows the international transport process and provides periodic updates as the shipment progresses toward Canada.

Financing

Container Houses Canada does not currently provide financing directly. If you arrange financing with a bank or another lender, the financing agreement is between you and that institution. Coordinate payment timing with your lender so the required CHC payment milestones can be met.

Before sending any payment

Review the model, options, total price, included delivery services, payment schedule and any site-specific responsibilities shown on your quotation. If anything is unclear, contact our team before transferring funds. Clear documentation at the beginning of the project helps keep production, customs and delivery coordinated.
