What to do when your new container house arrives
What you need to do before your new container arrives to your location:
It is very important that no vehicles or any other object that would prevent the unloading process.

What must ready when your new container house arrives at your location
We take care of unloading your new container house on your property. In certain cases, additional equipment may be required to place the container house on its base or foundation or concrete slab. It is buyer’s responsibility to provide the additional equipment like a crane to deposit your container house on its final resting place
Prepare a solid fondation
Your new container house needs a solid foundation with water and sewage connections in place
It is buyer’s responsibility to make necessary preparations before the new container house can be delivered.
The type of base or foundation is entirely the buyer’s choice and any rules or regulations in place in the buyer’s municipality at the moment of purchase
We recommend the base on the future home be made by qualified workers
Your container house must be deposited on your property within 1 hour of additional fees will be applied by the transport company. It is buyer’s responsibility to rent additional equipment to deposit your container house on its final resting place
To complete the installation of our EXPANDABLE model, buyer must have workers ready to deploy the unit.
Check with your municipality first
The very first thing to do is to make sure you have the permission to setup a container house on your property. If this is complicated for you, we will gladly help you by contacting your local municipality to obtain this information.
Make place for the oversized truck to safely unload your unit
On delivery day, it is customer’s responsibility to make sure the oversized transport truck can operate safely. Have your team ready to receive your new container house.
