What must be ready when your new container house arrives at your location
We take care of unloading your new container house on your property. In certain cases, additional equipment may be required to place the container house on its base or foundation or concrete slab. It is buyer’s responsibility to provide the additional equipment like a crane to deposit your container house on its final resting place
It is very important to remove vehicles or other obtacles that could prevent the unloading process

Check with your municipality first
The very first thing to do is to make sure you have the permission to setup a container house on your property. If this is complicated for you, we will gladly help you by contacting your local municipality to obtain this information.

The type of base or foundation is entirely the buyer’s choice and any rules or regulations in place in the buyer’s municipality at the moment of purchase

Different ways to Unload
Depending on what model you purchased, your new container house will be delivered on a flat bed truck. It can deposit the container house by gently sliding down the platform. In other cases, In some cases, a crane may be required to lift the container home from the delivery truck and place it on its base. Crane rental must be arranged by the buyer in advance. Our delivery driver will leave as soon as the container home is unloaded from the truck.
