Ordering a prefabricated container house involves more than selecting a model and arranging transportation. The property, municipality, quotation, customization, production, documentation and final delivery all need to be coordinated. The exact sequence can vary by project, but the following steps provide a practical framework.

Step 1 — Confirm the property and intended use

Before finalizing a model, confirm the delivery location and how the building will be used. Contact the municipality to understand zoning, permits, setbacks, foundation and servicing requirements. This information can affect the size and configuration you should order.

Step 2 — Select the model and options

Compare the published CHC container-house collections and identify the size, layout and options that fit the project. If you need customization, describe it before the quotation is finalized so the scope can be reviewed.

Step 3 — Review the written quotation

The quotation should identify the selected model, options, pricing, included services, payment requirements and the delivery assumptions known at that stage. Use the written quotation—not generic website text—to confirm the commercial terms for the actual order.

Step 4 — Complete the required deposit or payment stage

Deposit percentages and payment milestones can vary by order. Follow the terms shown on the quotation or purchase documents. Keep payment confirmations and project records together for easy reference.

Step 5 — Production and customization

Once the order is released for production, the factory prepares the unit according to the approved configuration. Changes requested after production has started may affect cost or timing, so confirm important selections as early as possible.

Step 6 — Final inspection and shipping preparation

Step 7 — International transport and customs

Step 8 — Final delivery and installation
