Order process
Payments and Deposits
Our order process is very easy. Since we pay everything in advance, we require that the total amount of the deposit is 50% and second and last payment is 50% when the container house as arrived at local port. Payments must received before shipments can be release form customs
Secured Payments and Deposits
Funds are only transferred to factory when the container house is released from Canada customs and on the way to buyer’s location
DEPOSIT
Payment of deposit is 50% of total cost of the order, including all federal and provincial taxes
LAST PAYMENT
Second and last payment must be made when the container house as arrived at buyer’s local port
FINANCING
At the moment, we don’t offer financing but if you have requested financing for your order, payments are to be made directly to the institution where you contracted the loan.
INSPECTION
All our container houses are fully inspected before leaving the factory. We inspect the cargo in the loading process and once more when it is unloaded at local port.

Royal Bank of Canada
Our company account is with Royal Bank of Canada. Located in Sherbrooke Quebec. When you are ready to order, one of our representative will send you an invoice with our bank information so you can proceed with your order. You will be provided with and receipt and your account will be updated. We monitor the progress of your order and update you at every step of the transport process.
We take great care in monitoring the international sea transport from beginning to end. We are in constant contact with our suppliers and the transport company. You will receive periodic updates on the sea transport location and the exact date of arrival at your local port
